I remember my best moment after getting fit again was taking my shirt off at the beach. Yea, I was one of those guys that was too insecure about his stomach to let anyone see it; I told everyone it was because I did not want to get a sun burn. If there is anyone reading this that wears a shirt to the beach for the same reason, you are going to love how it feels when the gut is gone and the shirt can come off.

I am a huge believer in the power of the mind. If you have a burning desire to reach a goal and absolute faith in your ability to obtain it, then you can accomplish anything. Below is one of my favorite poems. It really drives this idea home:


On that note, I highly recommend a book called "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill. It is a great inspirational book on how to train your mind and reach the goals you desire.
